Wanda and her team at Bridal by Wonderland Beauty Bar were excellent to work with! I was an out of town bride who was able to make a trip to Savannah for an engagement photo session, and Wanda was able to fit me in for my trial while we were there. She provided quick feedback via phone and text leading up to the session, responding to questions I had about hair and makeup styles. I had requested Hollywood waves, and she counseled me about what type of extensions to purchase to make this look work. I was unfortunately disappointed with my hair and makeup experience with Wanda and her team at Wonderland Beauty. Communication was inconsistent, and there were several moments of disorganization, including my name being incorrect during my bridal trial and on invoice updates. When payment was due, it was submitted in good faith but later processed as a refund because agreed-upon changes had still not yet been reflected on the invoice. I was then asked to resubmit payment (on an updated invoice where my name was still incorrect), before the refund was completed. As I’m not from the area, I did not feel comfortable seeking an alternate provider beyond my coordinator’s recommendation, nor did I have the flexibility to place another deposit elsewhere.
