0/10 do not recommend. If i could give 0 stars i would. The style i got was knotless braids butt length paid $250.. They braided my hair wrong, when i communicated the problem and they “fixed it” they braided my hair overly tight and put a bald spot in my head. Hair follicles just gone, i have a high pain tolerance so i can take pain which is why i didn’t notice the patch until after i took my braids down. I called the shop to communicate to them that they put a patch in my head and the lady laughed and blocked my number from calling.

I would not recommend this place to go to for braids, they are very rude here. Especially the older lady. She had a nasty attitude after they messed up my knotless boho braids, my braids in the back were not the same length as the front, my curls fell out after 2 weeks and some fell out after a week. I had to go back twice so they can fix my which they barely did. The older lady yelled at me and told me “your hair is gone stay looking like that it’s old”mind you I paid these people $220 for my hair! And only had it in 3 weeks and looks like a completely different style. Don’t waste your money with them

I have gone to a lot of shops and a lot of Africans talk a lot of crap but this shop is super overpriced. I’ve taken my daughter here a few times and her hair turned out OK but I was very dissatisfied with the outcome on mine. I will not be coming back. The crochet needle technique was very loose, as well as none of the ends were clipped as needed to be, and rather than roll each lock for roundness it was easily trimmed for laziness. if they put in as much effort selling you on more money on spending more money as much money as they can get you to spend as they do actually giving a product worth what they trying to charge then maybe it will be but to pay $180 for this is trash……

Im a cancer survivor, and my hair had fallen out from chemo and grew back in a different texture and I can’t really style it. I have maybe a little under 2 inches of hair and they braided it so well and were so nice. I love the end result.
