Absolute waste of money. My mother and I both got the basic pedicure. In the description it says, “lotion massage.” The lady literally acted like she was appalled to be touching my feet the entire time. Then when it came down to the “massage”… she slapped lotion on my legs quite literally then put a hot towel. That she left on my legs so long, it was ice cold so I removed it myself. I confronted her about the massage and she said, “it’s the basic so there are no services included” I reminded her of the description on the menu and they all immediately started talking their language to each other. She eventually said she’d give me a massage at the end. Even though I said no thanks, she did give a massage at the end. The pedicure was atrocious. My toe nails have torn up cuticles since tho

I had my first visit to this nail salon recently and I’m so happy with my experience. The staff were very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The manicure I got was beautiful and lasted a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back.
