I love this place. No matter how busy they are, they will make time for you. I got my nails done with Cici and I am obsessed. I went in during my lunch time and she was able to get them done right on time and she did a phenomenal job. The front desk people are always so kind and their prices are the best in the area. Highly recommend them!

This place is a hit or miss. You’re either getting the best nails of your life or the most atrocious, god awful nails. When you go in, make sure to ask for names each time, because my mistake was not doing that. I ended up getting a new person every time, which is what made my nail experience so bad. I will still continue to go, but the two ladies in the back are the ones who have no idea what they’re doing. I never get any crazy designs just a French or a solid color and I always get them short as well, which I would assume is basic nail knowledge, but clearly not. My most recent nails have to be the most awful set yet. I went back to get them fixed, but I left with them looking even worse, which resulted in me going to another salon and getting a whole new set.

I’ve seen Sally twice now and her work is amazing. It’s my first time doing Gel-X and I love how quick and efficient it is. Sally takes her time, does INCREDIBLE nail art and is so so sweet. I’m so glad I found Worldgate Nails and would recommend over and over for their services!

Unprofessional and damaging experience I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good nail salon, but this place was a huge disappointment. I went in for a manicure with gel polish, and the technician was disinterested, constantly on her phone watching videos while working on my nails. The result was poor—my nails weren’t fully covered, and the finish looked sloppy. A few weeks later, I returned to have the gel removed, thinking it’d be a quick fix. Unfortunately, the other technician was unprofessional as well, pulling my hand roughly and over-buffing my nails. Now, my nails are weak and cracking, which has never happened to me with gel before. I’ll never come back—this place is not professional and has ruined my nails.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Michelle is my main nail tech but I also love Cici and Sally.
