My friend recommended me this place, and I have had Ashley as my technician. Ashley was very professional and have walked me through different types of lashes and recommended a perfect length for my desired cat eye look. She was very gentle and soft throughout the applying process that I have fallen asleep. Magically, I have come to awake with my most satisfied cat eye ever!! Thank you Ashley so much for making me look so beautiful on my friend’s wedding. Lots of people were complimenting my new lashes!! Highly recommend Wow Lash and especially Ashley!!!

My first appointment was the day the woman that left the one star review went. I was in the lobby when she came out upset. So I was nervous when I realized I had the same lash tech. And let me just say… I had the best experience. She was so professional even after her experience with a DIFFICULT customer. She was kind and professional. It was my first time getting lashes and she asked me what I wanted in so many ways. She asked what style to what length of lashes. She even explained to me the difference between lash types. She made sure not to use too much glue in case I had a bad allergic reaction, which I didn’t. She was so thorough that I know this is how she operates with every client. I came here to get my lashes done and the experience turned out really well. At first I had some concerns, but they were very understanding and willing to fix everything for me. After the correction, my lashes looked much better and I’m happy with the result. Lillian was with ne today, she was patient and made sure I left satisfied. Appreciate her effort and good customer service! I will definitely come back with her again.
