Wumi hair braiding

They quoted me $220 and then reduced it to $200. I had called a few days prior and asked for a quote for straight backs with knotless feedings for my daughter‘s birthday. I also went in for them to look at her hair prior and they still did not quote me they asked me to send a picture to one of their phones of the desired hairstyleso they can replicate. I believe there was a language barrier. The appointment was scheduled for 4 o’clock, and I don’t think they started her hair until five after day two her hair was already freezing towards the ends. I don’t believe they used enough product to tuck in her natural hair into the braiding hair, you can see the frizziness and the curls starting to come out overall don’t think it was worth the Price. Overall did not have a good experience with my braided. The owner and communication with the owner was great, my braider seem like she just did not care about what I requested and was just free styling. I spoke up a lot and she constantly was just ignoring it and doing whatever she wanted. The style I ended up with wasn’t ugly by no means but was absolutely not what I requested and what they said they were able to do.

My hair is always laid when I go. They do exactly what I want. Large knotless with curly ends and scalp braids to the back with beads. Will be returning soon.

I give this place a 5 star , good service, they make you feel comfortable and they make yu feel like your a home getting your hair done and also they did a great job on my hair , must recommend they can do all # Jack of all trades when it come to hair styles/ retwist

Professional atmosphere and very clean. I didn't realize this establishment was considered an actual SALON. They are definitely pricey, but fast working. I took my daughter to get box braids and they charged $220 which was extremely high for what I'm use to paying. That's exactly what I get waiting until the last minute. The African salon we normally go to was closed and I usually only pay $160 for box braids. Come to find out, they include their own tip into the price of services. I paid the fee, but didn't give extra money. Do you know, the receptionist make a comment to the stylist then asked me how much i was told the services was and my reply was $220. The receptionist said to the stylist " You only get $20 for your tip". Yup sure do because I'm already paying over what I'm use too. F
