I had an amazing experience with Linda once again! She was incredibly detailed with my cuticle work and helped me pick the perfect color. Today, I wanted to try something trendy as in CHROME NAILS. I feel like a little girl back from the candy store, I love my nails and so does my husband! The salon is always very clean and professional. The quality of the work is consistently high every visit. Most importantly, I feel welcome not just by Linda, all staff members are very friendly and remember YOU. Tomorrow, I will be going back to the Wyla to get my hair done by the talented Sofia.

Hanna is why I come here! I don’t go anywhere else for my pedicure - she is meticulous about her work and it shows on my toes every time.💫 She is a wonderfully professional, kind and talented artist. edited to add brighter pictures of nails :) not one to usually write reviews but i am so happy with my experience! i came in at 6:15pm and they stayed over an hour after closing ensuring that i was satisfied! Bryan took his time and really made sure i was happy with each design. i didn’t know exactly what i wanted coming in and he workshopped ideas with me leading to the nails pictured! i just wish i could’ve taken pictures during the day, but i was so eager to let google know about my experience. would definitely come again :)

Edit: I did not change my nail color 4 to 5 times as you claim. You placed the color sample sheet in front of me, WHILE you were doing the beginning steps like filing, and I made one decision. You made it sound like you had already completed the application and I kept changing my mind, which is completely false and misleading. If you’re going to respond to reviews, at least be honest about what actually happened. Also, regarding the bump on my nails—your explanation blaming the ombré design is inaccurate. The bump isn’t where the added color would go; it’s actually in the opposite direction. If your reasoning were correct, it would be more raised where the color was added, not more hollow. I am not one to complain at all ever, but I have not been pleased with this place more than once. I have a private tech here in Boca but due to her being booked this week and me going out of town, I thought to give them one more try. Steven did my nails when I first moved here and he was phenomenal! The other two times couldn’t say the same, I hate writing this but I don’t think it’s right me tipping 20% or more (just because I’ve been in service industry) and spending the money I did, I expect almost perfect.
