Wyn Nails

I went in today for a Gel pedicure. I took an Inspo picture for the technician and I asked for a thin French tip even after showing him the inspo picture I ended up getting a thick French block and my toes are painted over, I also have an unknown green thing on one of my toes??? I called back shortly after my appointment to tell the very nice receptionist that I did not like them, she had me come back so I did. When I went in, two ladies were looking at my toes and one of them started yelling at me, saying why I did not bring this up sooner. I stated that I showed the man the picture so I didn’t think that I had to be watching him like a hawk. I am very disappointed with my experience. I spent $140 on a service that I was unhappy with, and the result was far from what I expected. The nails were very thick, poorly shaped, and not filed properly. The overall finish looked messy. The design was also done wrong — I showed a reference photo of what I wanted, and the final result looked nothing like the picture. It was clear they did not know how to do the design I requested. I contacted the salon to explain that I was unhappy. They offered to redo the nails, but I explained that I did not have time, since I am going on a trip next week and that day was my only available day. I did not want a redo — I only wanted the nails removed and a refund. I spoke with the manager and the owner, and no one was able to resolve the situation. Th

I highly recommend Lynh. She’s one of the best nail techs I’ve never had. Her attention to detail, care, and kindness is unmatched. I always look forward to seeing her because I know she’s going to do a phenomenal job every single time. She does exactly what I need and she does it flawlessly every time. I genuinely feel like I get my moneys worth when I go to her. I’d trust her with my life :)

Terrible!!!! I wanted my nails shaped a specific way & didn’t get it. Instead I was told that she( the new manager) was going to do them her way because it was better than what I wanted. I just went to where my nail tech is now and had a soft soak done then a new full set done and got EXACTLY what I wanted and the way I wanted it.

I had a great experience at Wyn nails! My nail tech was Kim and she took her time helping me find the perfect color. We had a great conversation and she cleaned up my nails perfectly. All the staff were very sweet and the salon wasn’t too busy when I went it! I would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing day at the nail salon.
