Wynn Spa Massage

I have been a regular at this massage parlor, always satisfied in the past. But my most recent experience was so upsetting that I have to speak out. I scheduled two massages for myself and a friend, paying $120 each. At the end, the therapist demanded a $50 tip—not suggested, but demanded. As a disabled veteran, I rely on these massages for recovery, and every dollar in my budget is accounted for. When I tried to explain that I didn’t have extra to spare, the therapist kept insisting and even reached for the cash in my hand. In that moment, she took the money I needed to feed myself for the month—she literally took the food out of my mouth. This was not only embarrassing but left me with less for basic needs, all because of aggressive tipping pressure. I respect the work therapists do, but

I was hesitant at first given the reviews and i should've went with my gut instinct. Massage was terrible and overpriced. I paid for the hour and the massage was less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend to avoid this place and look elsewhere.

Magnificent massage spa clean and professional awareness to customers needs. I went with great tendon pain on side of left calf and asked for more attention there. Lily was excellent and went deep into the leg tendon massaging long enough to loosen it. This morning I was with no pain and able to do squats at the gym without pain. I highly recommend this SPA for pain release and relaxation.

Decent massage. Unfortunately, they charge 1 hr rate for a 40 minute service.... 😕 Reply to owners reply: You did not refund anything!!! Now you are making up facts , witch makes this establishment even more sketchy . Based on the latest, I will downgrade my rating with the following recommendation DEFINITELY AVOID !

I've had several massages here, and each have been skilled with good pressure. The sheets are clean, the bathroom is clean and the staff are friendly. I always get my full time and they are not pushy like many other shops. Thank you! Hopefully I can come back soon
