I luv this salon, and my stylist Terri. Terry is into hair care and can do a mean cut. Terri gives me important information on how to care for my hair to keep it always looking healthy and fresh. My appointment is my appointment. The owner Pam can slay some hair too. I've watched several of the stylist there and from what I can see they all do an exceptionally good job on their clients

Brianna did my daughter's hair for her senior prom. I couldn't have been happier with her hair. There is usually a wait, and that's simply because everyone wants their hair done by this salon. So pack a snack, a good book and your patience. You will need it, but the end result will be worth it!!!!

A stylist name sharay was supposed to do my hair she was not professionally at all. She left me under dryer way to long then I found out she step out ultimately making me reschedule to ultimately complain about how much she had to do and didn't have time to do my hair. If you choose to go I highly recommend you choose another stylist to save your time and money!!!

If you're looking for a place where the person doing your hair is an hour late, has an attitude, doesn't do what you asked and charges a lot for it, gets you wet through 2 sweaters to your bra and down to the waist of your pants and doesn't acknowledge it or apologize, doesn't know what a "consultation" is and you want to spend almost 4 hours there for a cut & blow dry (which I didn't get, instead I had a dated old woman press & curl style and I've been blow drying my hair for more than 40 years!) This is the place for you!! I'd give it no stars or a negative 5 if I could.

My first time visiting Xcentra and I must say that upon arriving there we was greeted with the most courteous professional customer service !! Pam was my stylish highly reccomend was very pleasant exceptional professionalism and I love my hair!!! I would definitely recommend going here ,n so will I be going again scheduled my next appointment before I left!
