Last Christmas I received a 1 hour massage gift certificate from Xcellence Beauty Clinic in Edinburgh. I was busy moving to the Valley. My attempts failed to make an appointment. My voice mails went unanswered. I drove to the building during normal business hours, door was locked. I tried calling again no response to voice message. I now sent a text requesting an appointment. A one word response "expired ". The explanation date was in Spanish. I do not speak or read Spanish. Absolutely unprofessional to not return voice messages and then deny me due to expired. I am now looking for a professional massage therapist for monthly massage therapy

I recently moved to the Valley and am incredibly happy to have discovered this spa. Their services are all first class and they offer memberships to allow you to experience their wide repetoire of options . Since my first visit a couple of months ago, I come weekly and will continue to do so.

Xcellence is the best if your looking to lose weight or tighten your body, ive seen such a big change and is only been 1 week, they are super professional, friendly and the place is clean and relaxing, also the prices are the best! Thank you Claudia and Mary for all your hard work and kindness!

Gift certificate only valid 1 month and written on Spanish. I was informed it was good for 1 year.
