Xcellent Hair Square

Made an appointment for hair wash and cut with Wynn. Confirmed on my arrival my appointment with Wynn. Get a great hair wash by one stylist. Another stylist starts drying my hair, which I assumed was to help out my stylist, Wynn. 20 minutes later he confirms what type of cut I wanted, and starts cutting. I’m too non confrontational to say anything and by the time this stylist (Leo) confirms with me the 4 finger widths of hair to remove the appointment was too far in. Wynn already had a line of people waiting. 4 finger widths of hair to cut turned into 8+ with choppy edges and layers one hour later. My typical 35$ cut was 55$ with this new stylist. SCAMMER ALERT!! BUYER BEWARE before going to this salon! They want your money but don’t care to make you happy. They don’t have any manners or proper etiquette. I honestly think Kevin’s hair assistants do not have their licenses. They should be held accountable. They have NO idea what they are doing. And yet we just sit to them blindly even though I made an appointment with Kevin specifically. Kevin didn’t do my hair, 3 random employees who don’t speak English did my hair. They did not introduce themselves, they just started working on my hair! I spoke with Kevin beforehand several times, I showed him this picture that I wanted and if he can do it. He said he CAN do it. Instead I ended up with what was NOTHING like the photo. My hair is burnt and damaged and you can clearly see it’s nothin

My sister and I come here almost every week and the service is absolutely amazing. Especially the massage when they wash your hair. If you’re thinking about booking, do it!

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I spend the morning at another salon where I was originally supposed to dye my hair, but ended up having to do a strand test to see how the color would lift. The colorist proceeded to recommend me to xcellent hair square, since she just spent my entire appointment doing the strand test, she could no longer color me that day. I took a chance and called them up to see if they had anything open and they made time for me within the hour. I spent the entire day there from 12:30 to 6:30 PM. They were so meticulous and precise about everything they did starting from my cut to my color to even styling my hair. They took every part seriously and made me feel prioritized. They explained everything to me regarding my hair and didn’t leave me feeling like the

I wish i could have a negative 0 rating .purchased a $4.99 product and trusted the lady at the register with the color suggestions. I opened to try it, and it's completely different. Ran right back to the store to exchange it for one that cost $12.99, and they refused. The manager explains that based on my nationality, my hair is different, so the color is different. He clearly said that because I'm not Asian and my hair is curly, it doesn't look the same. Very racist and unprofessional. When they first opened their service was good but now it's trash.
