They say it is a European body wrap when it is really an infrared body wrap! I went online to make an appointment and was called back within 24hous. I made an appointment for Saturday. Less than 45mins before my appointment I was called and asked to push my appointment back by 20mins, ok no big deal. the lady on the phone was nice and polite, but did not apologize for the inconvenience. When I arrived and presented my coupon the young lady behind the desk told me it was for 20 MINS, only 20 mins. I was shocked as most sessions are a minimum of 30 mins and this was not stated in the fine pint when I bought the coupon. she tried to up sell me, I asked if i could buy one slimming body wrap and she said no, you have to buy them in sets of 3 which are $100. she gave me some cream and slimming

This used 2 b a great place 2 tan. But, since the beginning of 2015 the owner has changed so many things and it sucks. The customer service with the owner has dropped tremondously, but there is 1 employee that is still there that is wonderful. Her name is Tara, she is awesome!!!

Service was great and the beds are always clean with new bulbs!
