XO Hair Lab

I have no words to express my experiences here at XO hair lab because no words would be able to truly describe how much I love it here! From the stylists, receptionist, and assistants to the energy there, it’s all around a phenomenal studio. I have been seeing Nicole for less than a year now and have returned again and again for obvious reason- she is AMAZING!!!! At my appointment prior to my most recent one, I was telling Nicole how I’ve always wanted to lighten/color my hair but I was extremely nervous (obviously, with virgin hair). She explained a few things to me and we booked the appointment! I came in for my appointment yesterday with so many nerves and anxiousness but left with a HUGE smile on my face and feeling of gratitude. Nicole worked her magic and delivered ALL of my wishes.

My overall experience was fair. Nicole was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the process while explaining everything along the way. My main goal for the appointment was to remove the warm/red tones in my hair. Unfortunately, I didn’t see a major difference after my first visit, which was a bit discouraging. In addition, my hair now appears to be three different colors, which was not what I was expecting. That said, I do believe Nicole did the best she could with what she was given, and she feels confident that we can eventually get to my desired result, which I appreciate. UPDATE: After seeing the photos, the salon reached out and wanted to make it right. I just left that appointment, where I was my hair was fixed and I was treated with nothing but kindness. I will be long-term customer because of this, and genuinely appreciate the team here! I've been to XO Hair Lab twice now. My first visit was an incredible experience! My second visit seemed great too, until I styled my hair myself at home. That's when I noticed a significant difference in length between the right and left sides (see photos). I'll admit I have a hard time speaking up in the moment when something feels off. For about three weeks, I tried to convince myself it wasn't noticeable and often wore my hair clipped back. Ash is an artist and an expert!! Best my hair has ever looked. I have unfortunately had the bad luck of having to explain to stylists what I want and never getting it but XO Hair lab made it happen. The hair I just got (color, cut, style) everything was exactly what I wanted down to the minor detail. This salon is worth every bit of their pricing and more. Everyone that works there is amazing!! Lauren was super helpful and amazing as well! This whole place has good energy and fantastic vibes. 10/10 reccomend!!!!

Wonderful experience with stylist Tiffany who cut my daughter’s hair. It’s wild how she would ask for a pixie cut and kept coming home looking like Anna wintour. We will def be future customers and I plan to schedule cuts for myself and my son. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, couldn’t be happier. AND they carry my fave shampoo momo :)
