This location is always friendly and clean. I’ve always received great customer service and they are very professional. The gentleman that did my nails today listen to my concerns, did exactly how I wanted the design, and they are affordable price. I would recommend them to everyone!

If I could post 0 stars I would. I had such a horrible experience at this establishment that now I don’t trust any salon to do my nails. The moment I saw no refunds I knew I was in for a treat. Everyone was so rude and were annoyed after any request I would give. As a customer I have the right to ask for what I want especially after paying for something. I asked the tech to remove the French because she painted all my fingers and she left holes on top, under, and on the edge of the nails. I had to ask her to file them down because they were even thicker and she said that it wasn’t her fault that it was the other technicians fault yet she did her job poorly as well. The owner and staff are friendly except Kathy. She refused to listen to me and when I told her my nails were too long she put AirPods in and acted like I was not speaking to her. I asked for oval nails and she did my nails in any shape she wanted. It was so bad that the owner had to fix them after seating for 4 hours in a chair. My nails still looked like a child did them. They are unevenly shaped and the nails have visible dents on them. I have multiple cuts on my hand and days later it seems like it is getting infected.

What an amazing experience. Made the appointment online for the next day and was immediately seated. Bi did my gel French tip acrylic full set and I am beyond satisfied. He took his time thru the grades for a smooth even finish. Price was super duper reasonable and they have a frequent visitor coupon. Already thinking about my next set to get here. Clean environment.
