I had micro braids done 2 days ago. I waited to write a review to make sure it reflected my true experience. I arrived for my appointment at 7 am and was done by 1pm. These micro braids are awesome. They are tiny and surprisingly they are not too tight. My hair is thinning so I wasn't sure I would like the results, but they made sure my hair was full and the braids are very neat. I highly recommend their braiding service.

I had bohemian knotless braids installed for the first time ever today and they did such an incredible job! They are very soft handed and were very fast, made my first experience with braids an amazing one. they look amazing on my vacation. Thank you

It looked great, but it's only been 2 weeks, and my crochet locs are starting to slip out. It's an easy fix, so its no big deal, but for $150 I expected to get at least a month out of them. Especially since I wrap my hair up every night.

The owner of the saloon is a rude and disgusting person who promised to bring thugs to beat me up and send me out of her saloon after making up stories. I attended this Salon for a hair braid and cut/blow wave. I left there with black roots and yellow, brittle, broken/destroyed hair, with a definite line around my head, like I was dipped in an ink pot. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, she replied 'not interested' and hung the phone up on me, she refused to make my hair right or offer ANY kind of refund or compensation. My husband visited the salon to discuss, and she was incredibly rude, folding her arms when he offered hand shake, and closing the door behind him after asking him to step closer to discuss. My hair is RUINED and the way they treated us was disgusting. my
