Yanys Nail Lounge

I was looking for a salon. Came to Yanys to schedule an appointment and was told I can only schedule one via Instagram! I don't have Instagram. Very rude nail tech advised me that I can call then to make an appointment. Well, excuse me, I am standing right here right now. Can I schedule one? She rolled her yes and was visibly irritated, and said that it has to be either over the phone or on Instagram, because I have to make a deposit! Lolol. So, I can't make a deposit in person?! I almost started calling the salon number in front of her, just so I can schedule an appointment. Lolol. Horrible customer service!!!! If you don't have Instagram, you can't be the client!
