They are always rushing and doing very sloppy uneven crooked braid patterns and get upset as if paying customers don’t deserve for their hair come out neatly without having to wait till it’s done and point it out. Like they in there half blind doing hair. I’ve had to ask them to take my hair out and redo it multiple times because they sit there and pretend they can’t tell they’re doing a VERY SHITTY JOB! As if people don’t have things to do and we just got time to sit there for extra hrs redoing something that shoulda been done right the first time. I won’t be returning!

I came here 6/27 at 4pm to get my hair braided for my wedding. I waited for so long to get it braided. I was kind of angry lol. I took my hair out in the mean time. Aisha washed my hair. I don’t know if she is new to this but she washed my hair thrice with conditioner. I kept saying it’s conditioner and she said no it’s shampoo💀Leonida blow dried my hair. She didn’t even put heat protector in my hair. I communicated that my hair was quite damaged by heat, but I don’t know if she didn’t understand or if she just wanted to ignore me. The blow dry was a 6/10. Wasn’t thoroughly dry. Kadi braided my hair. She started at 7:35 and ended at 9:00. I showed and explained how I wanted everything. She was very understanding. It was a 9/10. Do not go here if you value your edges. I have gone before for twists. The price was good so I went back to get my box braids. The woman who braided my hair seemed to not know anything about caring for hair. I asked her to put a lot of my hair and less of the weave (I have very thick hair) in each braid. She was very sloppy and actually a lot my real hair was hanging of the braid (luckily I stopped her before she did the "clean up" trim or she would of cut off my actual hair. ) a couple of weeks into wearing my braids I noticed she had braided a tiny bit of hair into a huge braid and it was starting to slip . This morning I woke up with the braid in my hair. It had broken off my real hair. It should be common sense if you put a tiny piece of hair in a giant braid it will not be able to sup
