Yaya’s Natural Hair Boutique

We have been one of Yaya's clients for years. She provides excellent haircare for our kiddo!

Yaya is completely unprofessional. The last time she did my hair she was LATE(mind you this wasn't the first time) and not 10 minutes, 30 minutes or longer. She had the nerve to have an attitude with me because she forgot that she added me to her schedule on her "Off day" Are you serious?! That's how you treat a customer?! The sound in her voice and look on her face was as if she wanted to die before taking any accountability! When she did apologize it didn't sound sincere. The only reason I stayed was because I wouldn't have been able to find another stylist before my birthday. She can twist some hair, but her attitude is Trash and the salon aint clean either!

It's a small but very clean environmental. The lighting is nice, positive energy, tv and the music were on but you could still hear your personal conversations, @one point we all talked about, P VALLEY, THE EMPIRE, it was a nice experience for the first time in a new shop. GA is beautiful continues to surprise each day....

I had an appointment with the stylist named E. She was wonderful, gentle, and did exactly what I requested. I needed my hair detangled and braided down. She even gave me advice and product recommendations for my natural hair care going forward. Will definitely be going back!

I can't even think of any formulation of words to express my gratitude for Yaya. She's done wonders for me n my family. Forever grateful
