if the store closes at 8 o’clock, that’s the time the light should go off 8pm and that’s when the store should be closed. Employee shouldn’t be speaking about leaving the store at 8, because that’s when it closes. 8:01 should be the earliest. 7:56 you have 4 mins. That’s all that needs to be spoken, especially with greeting as coming in, zero Complaints or grievances should be expressed in front of customers . Speaking loudly stating you want to leave at 8 TRYING making customers who’s spend their money feel rushed as if you doing a favor when they’re still operating in the stores operating time, is unacceptable. customer service needs to be implemented in all businesses. I don’t know why any less would be acceptable.

They say 3rd time is a charm… that being said, my 3rd time visiting this place and I have to be honest, I got unpleasant vibes from employees/cashiers each time….sorry, will not spend my money there again. I’m a retired employee from a giant retail company and I’ll have to say, customer service is everything everywhere you go…. When you’re pleasant to your customers, you get great returns, referrals etc…. And trust me, word of mouth goes a long way…Good luck! Don’t waste your time shopping here. The people behind the counter have no idea what they’re doing or recommending. I went to purchase hair for a hairstyle, I asked two of the women working in the store for their professional opinion about what hair color extensions I should purchase. Based on the recommendation of the two women in the store, I purchased the items confident in their recommendation. When I showed the hair to my stylist, she informed me that this was not the right color for me. When I went back to the store to try and inquire about exchanging the items for the correct color. On 03/29/25 I always shop at Yes Beauty Supply, but today the two cashiers was very very disrespectful. I know it takes two but customer come first! One of the cashier yelled at me and spoke negative about my Afro. It ok my whole entire family will not support this store because of those two cashiers was.
