Yisrael Expressions

I called to book an appointment but the man who answered was inhospitable and sounded miserable. I asked "How's it going?" and he responded "how may I help you" as if he didnt hear me. I asked Him again " How are you" and it was very clear he had no joy or love to give and sounded very depressed . People want to go somwhere they FEEL WELCOMED. If you represent THE MOST HIGH/ YISRAEL you should do it with HONOR and HUMILITY and SHALOM. Absolutely unprofessional and not an expression of true YISRAEL.If you all do read this have someone answer the phone who actually makes people desire to patronize your establishment. This is super disappointing. All praises to the MOST HIGH ONLY.
