YN Nail Salon

I got my nails done on the 2nd of January for my birthday! I saved up for a few months the be able to get these done! Today is the 5th of January and 1 of my bows are broken 1 fell off and a nail completely broke off! I worked really hard to be able to spoil myself! It’s just really frustrating! I paid 5$ a nail because of the art on top of the full set price! I had an okay experience while I was there I got a pedicure as well and it was really rushed, I made an appointment to make sure that would have happened but I under A business being busy. I’m just frustrated because I feel like I wasted 200$! The guy that did my nails was very sweet and awesome tho! I’m just frustrated on these guys not lasting and breaking

Always a great experience love the nail artists and love the owners. They are great people. Love my nails every time I go in, I am never let down. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. If your not satisfied say something while your their because they will always make it right. Went in for acrylic removal. First it was chaotic. Appointment was right when they opened and they were a couple minutes late opening. Few other people appeared from the back door. The girl asked if I had an appointment and I told her yes, meanwhile everyone was talking to each other rushing around. One lady finally said ill take her. I sit down and she begins taking off my nails. She used the drill at first then nail clippers, which she was not very gentle at all. Then grabbed a fake nail, pushed it between my nail and the acrylic and proceeded to peel off my acrylics! This is NOT how you take nails off. Then she sent me to another lady. The lady was nice, did a decent job with the gel mani I asked for. Needless to say, my nails hurt. They charged me for removing them but did not do it c

My first time at this salon and all of the employees were great! There was Christmas music playing and a food network show on the TV. I loved the options for the herbal pedicure and went with the peppermint! Sander was easy to talk to and did great with the massage and nail care. I would definitely come back!

I had an appointment but ended up waiting about an hour after my pedicure, which was a little tough. And the main reason for 3 stars. That said, the owner did an amazing job on my nails and absolutely nailed the design! The results were beautiful and totally worth the wait. I just wish the timing had been a bit smoother because everything else was wonderful. 💅✨
