Yolanda's hair salon

Yolanda needs to get a new flat iron or tell black clients that she doesn't work with our hair texture! Took my 15 years old to get a blow out/straigten, let's just say $108 wasted and both the stylist and our time wasted! We got home and her hair was back to its original state! I'm giving 2 stars instead of none because when the stylist first finished her hair, I was dissatisfied, and the stylist attempted again to restraighten but I realized it wasn't going to make a difference because the flat iron they have is cheap and definitely not for straightening/pressing certain hair texture!

So I came in with nice long straight hair right. And then I get called up to get a cut and when I sat down I was like oh this is nice and at the end I was almost in tears it was so bad to the point I didn’t want to come to school even vegetas hair line from dragon ball looks better please HELP. Also some people are nice not All of them some

I went to get my eyebrows done , i told the lady how i wanted them before starting and she said that she was only going to clean them and at the end i see them and she asked if they were fine and I told her she wax so much from one side than the other. ( SHE DID NOT LEAVE THEM EQUAL) and she said you told me to late, when i told her before she started. and was expecting tip. She ruined my eyebrows....

AFRICAN HAIR?.. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! They will not even attend to you. I called to speak to Yolanda in the store, asked her about washing and blow drying my African hair, she said yah just walk in no appointment needed. I got there and the front desk lady asked Yolanda about my hair , she said no she’s busy meanwhile I spoke to her 30mins ago and she asked that I come in. Later realized it was because of my hair.. then she said she doesn’t do my type of hair, I’d have appreciated if she told me than asking me to book an appointment and come the next day.

Awesomeeeee place. YADHIRA MY STYLIST, SHES ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO TAKE CARE OF ME. YOLANDA THE OWNER HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY IMPROVING HER PRODUCTS, THEY MAY CHANGE THE BRANDS OC SHAMPOO BUT STILL DOING GOOD.
