First time at this salon. Spacious, peaceful. Lisa is a great manicurist and the designated masseuse made all my knots disappear. I recommend highly and am shocked by the negative reviews.

I did my gel manicure there and it started to peel off after a week, I have paid 70$ just for manicure, went back and they offered me to fix those 3 nails, I told them no please, take it all off because there are two more coming off. I asked for regular nail polish. Before finishing she asked me if I wanted to pay now? And charged me 23$, I only gave her 20$ cash because I hate to argue. It cost me 90$, just to end up with regular manicure. Never going back there. They do a sloppy job.

The services were quick and clean to remove old extensions and polish gels, and they did beautiful sophisticated color & design for any of my broken nails to help keeping with a pretty good condition. They are super nice and kind, also good at massage and removing cuticles carefully. I strongly recommend this nail shop! :)

Paid $130 for a french tip gel manicure. The following day polish are peeling and chipping off . Took a photo and video which shows time interval. Owner, Susan said “come back , don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.” Came back and charging me $60. This is bad customer service! A total ripoff! I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK!

Just another bad manicure on the UES. I don’t know who they paid to write these other reviews but the fooled me so wanted to post photos. Cut me with the file multiple times, nails are crooked, polish around cuticles is messy. These photos are taken after I asked them to fix them so you can imagine what they looked like before.
