We had the most incredible experience at You Got Nail’d in Encino for my daughter’s birthday manicure! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and super clean — everything you'd want from a nail salon. We were lucky enough to have Nano as our nail tech, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Nano was meticulous, detailed, and incredibly sweet — the kind of professional every parent hopes for when trusting someone with their child. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt safe, comfortable, and pampered. Her attention to detail was unmatched, and she worked with such precision and care. I had a gel manicure done here, and I have to say it was extremely disappointing. If I had done my nails at home, they would have been cleaner and more even. The application was sloppy, and the end result looked rushed and unprofessional. The technician who worked on my nails seemed to have trouble seeing clearly, which I felt bad about, but this is a service I’m paying for, and it’s simply not fair to customers. I expected a polished and professional result, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality manicure.

The place is under new ownership and I can’t say enough great things about it! It was clean, everyone was warm and welcoming. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. Diane, the new owner, was gracious and helpful. Both technicians paid attention to detail. It was a great experience and I’m a new regular there!

First visit ..and I've found my new manicurist. Kim hooked my hands upp! Went with a simple matte gel. Quick ,on point. Love it! Definitely coming back. Follow-up: stayed loyal to Kim and her staff. I had the best experience getting a gel mani and pedi here! Jessica was my nail tech, she was so sweet- she paid such close attention to detail, was very clean and my nails look amazing. Also the place itself was just redesigned and looks amazing with very comfortable pedi chairs.
