I was expecting to receive a massage today, I have been here plenty of times. I initiated contact with a hello and walked over to the desk because the masseuse had a client with 22 minutes on the clock. I assumed there wasn't one else there because no one came out as usual, so I took a seat. The client was finished and proceeded to go over to the foot massage area. I knew that was going to take about 30 minutes. I then asked the masseuse are you going to be the only one here today. The masseuse looked at me and didn’t say anything, the client looked at me and said,” there is someone there.”’ It doesn’t take much to be courteous, No worries, my money spends anywhere!

I go once a week every week. I have a physical job that wears on my body. I wanted to mention that this spa uses reflexology and more Chinese massage techniques. It will hurt for about a month while your body is healing itself. Then your body will feel great after every visit ! It has been a game changer for me.

They lack communication! They need to communicate what they offer, times and prices and not add more at the end and communicate what are they doing and what benefits the message will give you. Full body massage, not relaxing at all, it hurts but if you like getting those types of massages than go for it, I don't like that they DEMAND a tip 20%. I have a headache from the head massage 😵‍💫

Not your average massage place! This is deep tissue and can be very painful! That’s the intent and it’s so healing! They know the spots that need attention and they dig in HARD!!! It’s amazing!! Steer clear of the young, tall employee. He doesn’t have the technique that all the others have. You will not get your money’s worth with him! He’s speaks fluent English and is polite. I wish they had a membership program!
