Screw this place. What a scam! I paid and booked my appointment for 2 pm. I drove 30 minutes and planned my entire day off around the confirmed appointment. When I arrive the door is locked and I have been calling the number for 30 minutes. It rings twice and says “I’m sorry the person you are calling has not set up their voicemail. Goodbye.” It’s business hours and no one even answers a phone?! Stay away!

I suggest you take your money elsewhere, where they don't categorize people based on how they are paying for a service. If you don't like coupon PAYMENTS MAYBE DONT OFFER THEM. I bought a Groupon for my parents and I called to schedule appointment and I requested in the afternoon and the lady said yes then she asked if we had a coupon and I said yes and she said that we can only use in the morning....I don't understand that especially after she said afternoon was available. My mom and dad enjoyed the massage but the service for them from scheduling to the checkout counter was rude.

The massage was worse for the price than I've gotten at other places. Most of it is squeezing which is perhaps a different method than usually seen. I also felt like they didn't particularly care about what you needed/wanted, and there was a slight smell of cleaning supplies. I was more stressed the whole time, as I didn't feel the pressure/technique was as good for the price but trusted that it would get better. However, it did not. I may just be used to other places in Minneapolis that are more high-end (L'amour/Halo), but they only had about $10 or $20 more for a much better massage where they didn't squeeze you only. They actually got into the knots, etc, and asked what you wanted to work on. It wasn't a terrible massage by any means but for the price, not the best. The hot stones are

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean and peaceful. My massage was perfect—the right pressure to work out the knots without being uncomfortable. I felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. This is my new go-to spot for a treat

BE PATIENT! Like a lot of places. They are understaffed right now. They do a lot of couples massage and there are only two people working. They will answer the phone!! Felt amazing after the hot oil message!
