As soon as you walk in it feels cozy. The front desk staff is so helpful. Sabrina explained to me the procedures, what needs to be done for me to look more natural. I had my lips done and Sabrina is amazing. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been to this place twice, and both visits were very disappointing. The first time, we had a 5:30 p.m. appointment, but she wasn’t seen until almost two hours later because management overbooked and still accepted walk-ins during a special event. We tried to be understanding and gave them another chance, but the same thing happened again. This week, my wife had another confirmed appointment, arrived on time, and still had to wait over an hour before being seen. That’s not just poor scheduling, it’s a management failure. The nurses and front desk staff are kind and professional, but they’re clearly overwhelmed by how poorly the office is managed. It’s not fair to the patients or the staff.
