Wish I cld give zero stars!! Money hungry and greedy!! Will NOT give a refund although you purchased moments prior in error. Made me exchange for something I didn’t even need. I explained that it’s far wiser to keep my business by working with me cos I’m always shopping there than to lose it over $30. She shrugged her shoulders so I guess she doesn’t care and neither do I. I won’t return. I’ll drive to Manning instead.

This store usually always have very helpful young ladies working here. I'm not a hair person, so when I go to look for what I need all I have to do is tell them how I want my hair and what my hair dresser said get then they always direct me to what I need. I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work Young's Fashion.

They offer great deals on the hair, and you also get an additional managers discount! I'm not sure of the young lady name but she's kinda tall and light skin, she's definitely an asset to this establishment.. Always willing and eager to help! Keep up the good work Young's!

I went in yesterday and purchased a large amount of hair products and electronics. The experience was okay but they dont have bulk items such as large shampoos or conditioners. Prices were okay. During my checkout I purchased a curling iron which was supposed to be a curling wand. I went back today to ask questions about the exchange policy on the curling iron and the manager (a chinese older woman with shoulder length black hair) was very very rude towards to me. In the midst of us speaking she began yelling and walked off. Customer service is everything even if you have a certain policy you have to abide by you always treat your customers with respect!!! I will not be shopping here again. Hope this review helps the next person out!!
