Really disappointed. Heartbroken even. I came in early to get a manicure and pedicure but couldn’t even get the pedicure done. I’ve been coming here with my mom since I was a kid. The tech had to do my nails twice because she kept dremeling the ombre off. It’s a simple design just two color ombré, she nicked me several times with the dremel to the point I was bleeding. They told me the original price was gonna be $65 but they’re gonna make it $60. What? I understand she had to do double the labor but she did the same mistake again for the third time with my right hand. I didn’t get her name but I’m never letting her touch me again…

Absolutely fantastic experience! Ai Mai did both a gel pedicure and a dip powder manicure with tip extensions and it was very affordable for the quality that I got. I feel so fabulous! They also have chrome powders for a $10 add on and I was really happy. Everyone was great! Definitely will be back.

I’ve been coming here for yearssssssssss! I love their kindness, patience and how they do nails is just top tier phenomenal! These are some nail sets they’ve done for me over the years 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I like the work of 3 of the nail techs I just don't know their names. But I've been going there a couple of years now. I recommend One for nail art and bebe for sleek and detail almonds or coffins

I came to this location. I was seen by huan, she is soo slow and took her 2.5 hours for her to do a set. People came got a full set and pedi after me and left way before she was done with me. Not that she did a great job. I had lint in my nails. Made her aware of it and she couldn’t really fix it. I told her one of the nails was crooked all she did was file it more. Uhg so upset! WILL NOT COME HERE EVER AGAIN! Smh! I did not like anything about it!!!
