I've been to this place several times, I always get what I ask for and I leave feeling very happy, like I'm floatin. I've seen some reviews complaining that the massages are too strong or painful, but everyone has a different pain tolerance and looks for different experiences... In my case, I go for a strong massage and I ask for Koko; she is strong, very good at what she does, she is very friendly, fun and she attends to my requests. I request deep tissue massages, and I endure them without complaining for as long as I can, within safe limits, to allow them to do their healing work on my body. For me, it's a time of healing because, due to health problems and my physically demanding job, I get a lot of muscle tension, joint pain, stiffness, and more. On the first day of the massage, I
Foot massage. Price is AMAZING but they are SOOOOO rude. They had a package that was 40 for an hour but just wanted 20 mins. Wanted to change it after to that package and the lady at the front FLIPPED out and was openly talking about me. So rude. I cannot. I rather pay way more for actual service. So embarrassing. It wasn't even about the money it was about the massage and what I wanted. She said I should have asked for that to begin with when that made no sense
I was looking forward to a relaxing experience, but unfortunately I left feeling sore. The massage therapist used excessive pressure, and what was supposed to be relaxing became quite painful.
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s awful now! If you like the massage therapists yelling at each other the whole time you are there trying to relax then go for it. Not too mention they were burping very loudly. Such a gross experience. Save your money.
I got a Groupon to try this place out. It was for body massage. I decided to get a foot massage too since that was their specialty. It was really great it moved and cleared alot of energy around that I needed. The body massage was so painful I couldn’t take the pain. At one point I had to grab the table. My masseuse just laughed at me and slapped my butt. Prior to my body massage something was said between the employees about me having a Groupon. That was the only word I understood. I highly recommend this place for foot massages but that’s about it. Very happy to see other ppl talk about their Groupon related experiences. I was scared to speak up but it seems to be a pattern.
