Yuma's Number 1 Nails

I made an appointment with Elisa. Got in, she took me back and then transferred me to her husband who took off my old acrylics and put on new set. She did not ask if it was ok. He did a terrible job. Nail are thick and pumpy. They look awful. I went back in 2 days later, asking if someone could shape them and repaint. The head person wouldn't listen to me refusing to improve the look of my nails. Will not be going back

I walked-in on a Monday and got my old acrylics taken off. They soaked them and sanded them off instead of peeling them off (its not damaging to the natural nail) then they did an amazing job with my dip powder. I love the color, shape, and it was only $45 for all of that!! I'll be going here from now on.

Next time I am a new customer somewhere I will read the reviews. This place had more negative reviews than good. My pedicure looks like an amateur did it. Very sloppy work. Then I get sent to her husband who did my acrylics. He didn’t clean up the pointy edges they turned out thick and his station table and light were very unsanitary. When I put my hand in you could feel that it hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. He dropped a brush on the floor but picked it up and used it anyway. He didn’t even wipe the table off after the person before me. Most of the employees look like they are overworked and tired. I won’t go back. I can live with the nails for now thank god people can’t get a close up of my pedicure. Maybe I am being too critical but I am a nail technician and I won’t go back

My husband and I had a great experience getting the deluxe pedicure. Lots of extra care and soothing massage. Our technicians were fun and delightful.

I had a pedicure and full set today. I was there for 5 hours and they were not busy. The person doing my full set did my nail 3 times! Yes 3 times! Tell me why is it that instead of being honest and saying we can’t do what you are asking for in the beginning, they wait till your nails are ready for polish and then try to convince you to do something else and gaslight you to changes what you want because they can only do one color. I asked for deep almond frenchies. He painted them 3 times and took it off, then tells me. No one here can do what you want, one como better for you. Then the lady next to him chimes in and says If you want frenchies come on Mondays. The nerve of this salon! It’s like going to a barber and asking for a fade , they sit you in a chair an start cutting only to tell
