I recently visited the salon for highlights with the owner, who has been styling my mother's hair for some time. Unfortunately, my experience was beyond disappointing and frustrating. The highlights appeared rushed and uneven, with noticeable choppiness. Upon closer inspection at home, I was disappointed to find that the application was not only poorly executed but also failed to meet my specified requests. Despite spending nearly 11 hours at the salon, from 12PM to almost 11PM, the results were underwhelming. The highlights lacked the desired noticeable effect, with minimal application in the back, which was not in line with the reference photo I provided or our discussions. Very bad service !!! I did my eyebrow and upper lip waxing and the lady present yesterday was constantly on phone and burned my skin. As she was on phone the whole time I could feel her spitting droplets on my face while she was simultaneously waxing me ! Gross ! Later after waxing my eyebrows and upper lips - i found out - it was not only uneven but the lady was constantly rubbing my waxed areas with a rough towel !!! My goodness !!! I felt scorching pain !!! Who does that on delicate areas !???!! So unprofessional!! Now my face is burning and I am left with scars !! I am so mad 😡
