Zahara CiCi Hair Braiding - Chatham IL

This was yesterday my hair looks like it’s been up for days and it’s the same day I took these pictures !! The brother in there was very rude because I hate my hair yelled and screamed at me and chased me out the door! He told me it’s suppose to look like this and I was upset and they over talked me and I talked to Cici and she said nothing!! BEWARE THEY CANT BRAID AND WILL DEMAND YOU STILL PAY FOR THIS and wanted $350

Came to the location on 86th and Cottage and was sitting in a chair that kept leaning back. I asked the braider can she lock it because it was hurting my back because it kept leaning all the way down. She told me “NO, IT’S OK!” I told her no it wasn’t and I needed to move if it couldn’t lock, she then got the BIGGEST attitude and acted like she didn’t hear me. I had to ask the guy behind the counter to switch me to a different chair. I would never come back here again! These women in here have the worst attitudes ever!

I just left there I asked a lady who opened the for me nicely and I asked her did they do peoples hair with Alopecia and then I said hair loss cause she seemed confused,anywho she had me come inside and ask one of the braiders and laughed and said something inaudible to me.The girl was like no we don’t do that and I heard some laughing,I felt like I was setup and that was very rude.The lady at the door could have just said no and she wanted to be childish.

I love my braids!!!! I sat in the chair at 6:10am, I was done before 9am. I will be going back!!!!!
