The best experience ever, the women that did my hair and my wife’s hair were amazing. We walked in the door at 11:30 and was out by 1:30 PM. My head don’t hurt. I am not annoyed. My body is not in pain and the individuals were pleasant. We usually travel all the way north to get our hair done. This will be our braid shop from here on out. I don’t know what someone else’s experience was, but ours again was amazing. Thank you to the staff and to the individuals who braided our hair so quickly, neat and beautiful. Thank you for this first time experience being what it was we will definitely see you again!

Knotless braids 200 plus tip, you’ll be out quicker than anywhere else. Braids were done to absolute perfection. Make sure you arrive early, the Google time of operation isn’t correct. It’s not correct on PLENTY of different establishments so who cares, ask them personally. All the bad reviews are just people who don’t know what they’re talking about or just never satisfied. Anyways if you want some braids professionally done for low cost, there’s no place better point blank period.

I was so disappointed in this hair shop. Everything is clustered. There is no space honestly to do anything because everyone just picks a random spot to do hair in. You will be sitting in the most uncomfortable places. The attitudes were not the best, but they were not the worst. They were okay. I just like to get my hair done, so I really wasn't there for conversations. They want your money up front before they basically start the braiding. I told them that wasn't happening. I can show you the money, but I am. not paying before the service. This is the only place that I have ever heard do this. They will stop every little seconds to ask for payment in which I would inform her that I was not paying until you were ALMOST done. I had no problem showing them I had the cash to pay, but I wasn'

My experience was at 8619 s cottage grove and baby!!! I’m obsessed with the efficiency and neatness of the braiders and my hair! Got there at 5:55am and left the shop at 9:45am with neat small knotless waist length braids!! My stylist F and another lady are true representation of Cici braiding shop! My first time and I’ll definitely will be back! Stunning!

They were talking about the hair i bought (synthetic blend) then told me next time buy human hair. The hair i bought is actually good and this is MY money and IM paying for the service so if this is the hair I want to use then use it 🚩 They make you pay before they’re done. A man came around asking for the payment while they were still doing my hair 🚩 i showed them the inspo (from their page) and it looks nothing like that 🚩 i got small boho knotless and they finished in 2.5 hours… that should have been the indicator that my hair would look like rushed work. Quality of their work doesn’t match their prices. They need to lower their prices if they’re gonna rush through braids because mine came out loose and not as small as I wanted.
