I had a very unprofessional experience here. I would have paid twice the price to have gotten what I actually ordered. I am usually confident in any store that has the Aveda brand on it. I am here trying to dress up for my wife on our 9 year anniversary. I simply had 2 requests before I came in. Sierra was the receptionist and immediately promised they could accommodate my requests. I confirmed a total of three times and each time Sierra said "Yes! We are all good.!" He spent ten minutes on me, he was unable to full fill my requests. I was not only double booked, he was unable to finish my cut akdnmoved on to the next person.
