To say this was the best experience I ever had at a salon would be an understatement. The experience was wonderful. From the time you enter the shop you are visually pleased. The vibe of the setting is relaxing and soothing. Zenda is a master of her craft. She examined my scalp and hair and then went to work. I have never had my hair wash so thoroughly. I have had issues with my scalp, I felt like my scalp and hair had been nurtured and cared for unlike any time ever before. I decided to have my hair cut. Zenda is not scissor happy. She asked me what length I wanted and then proceeded to give me a cut better than I ever imagined. I absolutely love my hair cut. Zen is amazing!!! All I asked is that she do what she do and she DID IT!!! I'm a natural with thick, tight curls. My hair needed conditioning really bad. When it was all said and done, she worked a miracle in my head. I LOVE IT!!! Her customer service is phenomenal. The vibe in her place is so relaxing that I didn't want to leave. It rained the day after getting my hair done. I received a call from her offering to do a touch-up on my hair because of the rain. Amazing customer service!! I hear many say they will travel to Atlanta to get this kind of service. But, Zen has brought the Atlanta services to Augusta. I promise you will not be disappointed.
