Overall, I wasn't happy with my experience and before reviewing I reached out to the company via their email. Since my 50 min service was actually around 40 mins I questioned it and was told the service time begins at check-in and includes the time I took to change and wait for the service to begin. So essentially my service started the second I announced my arrival which I think is ridiculous. The neck and face massage I was told accounts for 2-3 mins of the service so essentially I paid $130 to have my hair washed and scrubbed because that's essentially what the service was. I was also told at the conclusion of my service the staff checks in to ensure my satisfaction, which they didn't. I was simply told my gift card balance was applied and to have a good day. I had a very disappointing experience today with Stefanie She showed no interest in building rapport or ensuring my comfort. She skipped basic courtesy like asking for allergies or offering a water at the end makes me feel unwelcome from the start. I was expecting a relaxing head spa however reality fell far short from that. There was no neck or face massage as described, hardly 30 secs of oil massage she only focused on the top of the head, back side was completely ignored. 75% of the time was just the warm water dripping from my head, I booked 50mins of head spa and my service only lasted for 38mins when I asked for blow dry she said she had other appointment. I am so happy Brie is back she is the best! She is so intuitive and providers an exceptional and relaxing experience and really caters to your needs and requests. Not able to give a full 5 star because I was a little disappointed in the new location. Granted I recognize they just moved in but it impacted the intimidate and calming experience I typically received prior at the previous location. Curious to see how the new location evolves over time. It seems like the focus will be on more salon services.

I had such a wonderful experience at this head spa! I went with the deluxe head spa treatment, and it was absolutely worth it—so relaxing and luxurious. Stefanie was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell she truly cares about giving her clients a great experience. My scalp felt amazing afterward, and the whole treatment left me feeling refreshed and pampered. The only suggestion I’d offer—just as something that could add even more value—is to consider offering a quick blow-dry option as a small add-on after the service. I asked about drying my hair, and the only option was a full blowout (which makes total sense for a full styling session), but I would’ve loved a five to ten-minute express dry for something like $15 or $20.
