I have been going here for a while now. I was recommended to go here if I ever wanted my nails done by my sister. I have seen numerous nail technicians here and they all are very skilled in what they do. I always do a different color, and these are all acrylic not Gel X. Thanks Zen Nails!

I have been a very active supporter of zin nail spa but for some reason 11/28 was just not the day to be there & it was a very conflicting & confusing situation.. I asked for a full set square with a Christmas design.. I showed the nail tech the design we spoke about it he said okay with the design and nails it would be $75.00 okay no problem well I figured it was for the poor quality of the design and I was very much unhappy and showed I was unhappy with the design and the quality of it (looked like my kids painted it). Whatever I didn’t have time to put up a fight okay he asked if there was anything else I wanted I asked to paint my toenails white.. (white) just a simple white and when I went to check out it was $105.00 I’m like what?? You charged me $30 to paint my toe nails?? What?? I

I would leave zero stars but one is the minimum. This took 40 minutes because the nail tech would do one coat then disappear for 10 minutes to do a pedicure. She left us 4 times for 5-10 minutes per absence. The last time she left we sat there so long waiting on her to come back to do the clear coat we just paid and left. Literally terrible experience. My daughter had polish all over her fingers but not all over her nails??? They should have just told us no they didn’t want to paint her nails because clearly they didn’t.

They did an amazing job on my nails and it was very quick. I brought my three young daughters and they treated them with respect, gave them lollipops, and painted one of my daughter’s nails for $5! Great experience.
