Zen Nails Spa

My new nail salon!!! I've I've been looking for a place where the quality matches the price, and Zen nail spa is definitely the place! I got a pedicure and a full set done and both were done fabulously. I wasn't rushed and the environment was very friendly and lively. They said sorry if something wasn't right and without attitude. They didn't try to up sale or pressure me into something else. Both ladies were amazing to work with. Bonus: I have a hard time understanding thick accents and because of that I often shy away from a place because I feel rude asking them to constantly repeat themselves. Not here, I was able to clearly understand every person I spoke with and enjoyed good conversation. Thank you, I'll be back on the 18th!!!

I really don’t even want to give a one star review. In my opinion it’s more like a minus one. I was charged $67 for a mani with gel polish and reg pedicure. The older gentleman that did my pedi finished in 15 minutes… with no massage. Because I was distracted with the girl doing my nails… later I realized he didn’t scrub or do any real removal with the pumice utensil…and of course soon as my skin dried I could see the skin that had not been touched but again I was distracted by the girl because I had to question why she immediately started cutting my dry cuticles without soaking in cuticle softer. I’ve never seen that done but she said that was not their practice. The young girl made a mess of my nails …and she basically played in my face by acting like she didn’t understand when I poin

LOOK NO FURTHER 💗 Young does the best nails in Newnan! My new set and my last set were flawless. I didn’t even know what I wanted when I walked in and she helped me leave with the best set for Christmas. Can’t recommend her enough ☺️

Very disappointed. I’ve been at this location twice and both times my nails start to lift after a week. This location is small yet they can’t maintain its cleanliness. The stations were dusty, floor and sinks were dirty. I accidentally bumped my nail on the UV light which caused an inch smudge on one of my fingers. The technician who was doing my nails seemed annoyed after it happened. I asked for her to clean it or give me something to clean it and she montioned me to go and wash my hands first. When I came back she just directed me to pay my bill. I have to ask another technician to clean the dried gel.

I have been a regular customer at Zen with Young for almost 2 years and I absolutely love the her and the staff. She is amazingly sweet, professional, and always achieves what I want. If you have not been there, you need to go….ask for Young or Wendy!!!!
