Zen nails is amazing! They have the best pedicures around, will not go anywhere else! Shavonne is always outdoing herself with the designs! Highly recommend!!

We stopped in for two pedicures. Not sure what they have changed but it was not a great experience. They filed my partners callus down to bare skin and hoped he did not notice. This was on the 21st of Jan. He spent the rest of the week limping because it was that bad and visited an out patient clinic. My pedicure they barely touched calluses, cut the side of my toe nail so deep it hurt for days and did not remove all the nail polish that I had on (choose no polish) There was also a woman there getting a nail fill and the smell from the products was overpowering from across the room, not sure anything nail related should have that strong smell DO NOT recommend any service to anyone

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been in in 35 years. The women are fine. The men are brutal. They are rough. They are mean and they act like you’re bothering them getting your nails done. The place is dirty. It hasn’t been cleaned since it opened Too bad. The owner doesn’t look at these because she needs to get rid of the men that do nails in the salon because they are brutal. Save your money do not go back. They literally charge you to cut your nails down.

I just started coming here recently since I work nearby. Can I just say how much of a difference it makes when people smile at you when you walk in? I feel welcomed and like the employees are actually happy. This place is bright and clean with good color choices. Had a pedicure today and received a wonderful long massage afterwards. Looking forward to my next visit.

Honestly I just thought a normal fill would be easy. It was so difficult to get the girl that did my nails to understand what I wanted (square nails with a little more round on the sides) she just gave me square. I came in for a fill after 2.5 weeks and she took them all off so I had to pay full price. Those nails were still on there really good and it took her a long time to even get them off that's why i came in for a fill. I got them done not even a week ago and my nails broke already. It has been 5 days. I'm angry, because did I not only waste 75$ now I have to wait to have enough money to go get them filled because it is Christmas time I am a single mother of 2... now i get to walk around with a broken nail.. i am not happy at all with anything that happened at this nail salon
