Zhoul Shi Massage

I was not allowed into the office even after scheduling an appointment for 2. I was racially profiled & not given a reason why my appointment was canceled. My friend, who is also black, was denied entry and treated equally as poorly. i am extremely disappointed to have received this treatment and especially from two non-white women. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I love the neck massage and comfort this place gives

These are very professional and motivated workers. Unfortunately there is a language barrier between the English speaking customer and the massuse.

Don't waste your money here! I made a reservation and when I showed up on time they told me to come back in 1 hour. After waiting at bagel place across street I came back. I requested a 60 minute massage. It started off with having to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to start. The lady was less than ok. She wasn't bad but she wasn't as good as other places I have been in the neighborhood. The main issue I had with them was they tried to not give me the whole 60 minutes. 45 minutes into massage the timer goes off and they tell me it's over. After arguing with the lady they finally gave me the last 15 minutes of my less than average massage. Don't waste your money here. Ton of other cheap massage places around here to choose from that aren't inside someone's apartment.
