Zi Spa & Salon

We just wrapped up the most amazing spa afternoon at Zi Spa! The entire staff was so accommodating to our large group. They pampered us and provided us with our own intimate room to relax and visit in between after services. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. We love Zi Spa and we will definitely be back for our next group event!

I had Janine today and oh my goodness I have never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated! The spa itself is amazing and I love the robes and slides that we get to use while there. The steam shower and locker room are immaculate and extremely calming. I loved the pomegranate mimosa after getting into my robe while sitting in the lounge. The entire spa is perfect and I couldn’t have had a better experience! I will not be going to any other spa ever again!!

Not great. $75 basic pedicure for a heel that currently looks like this (it’s been a hour) see photo. Originally booked a manicure/pedicure. Upon arrival I was told I could not have the manicure as they would not remove my dip polish. **this information does not appear on their booking site** No opportunity to cancel the service and leave without penalty so I went ahead with the pedicure and it was not worth the time or money. Also, why does your feedback request link to Google?

Melissa was both engaging and professional. I’m a bit chatty, and she managed to converse with me while giving a much kneaded massage (pun intended). I’d definitely request her again. Great, strong hands and very attentive to painful areas

If I could put zero stars I would. She was late to my appointment but didn't add time on the end. I was very exposed in the draping, she had the sheet right down the middle of my butt and had zero boundary of where she was going at that point. She was digging the hot stones into my shoulder and my chest. I am so sore 2 days later to the touch because of it. She dug the stones into my neck from the front side. I didnt have a single pleasant feeling in this whole experience. When we arrived, we had to stand in the hallway and wait because there wasn't anywhere to sit. There wasn't any massage techniques used at all. She didn't touch my lower back like I had asked her too. She only ran the stones down my back twice. But repeatedly was rubbing them down my arms. Nothing on my body was massaged
