Zizi Nail Pedi

I went in today to get a fill and the man that took me didn’t even listen. Did what he wanted probably because it cost more. During that time he was very rough and hurt me over and over. I tried to tell him and he seemed to get rougher with me. I was literally bleeding. When I checked out I asked the owner if she could teach him to be more gentle because he hurt me and she said that’s normal. I showed her because bleeding is never normal… she began speaking a her language, I paid and left. They are crooked and I am not going back. I used to like this place. There is an older lady that does good Nani’s and a man that does pedicures that is good. These others need to lean what good customer service is.

I was there in August, and I was NOT IMPRESSED!!! Only one lady who worked there was lovely and did exactly what I wanted. She was also very gentle with me while she was working on my toes. The guy that did my fingers never communicated with me, and he was rough with me. He was hurting me, and I even moaned. He never looked up and asked if I was okay or tried to go easy on me. The lady who owns the place is rude! She worked on my eyebrows and left wax on my forehead without cleaning it up. While I was at the counter to pay the bill, I looked down at my fingers and saw how messy my fingernails were! I asked the lady if she could tell the guy or get me someone else to clean the mess. She looked at them, said the paint on my skin would wash away, and then used her nails to scrap the paint off

I had a horrible experience. The old Asian lady with the glasses was rude and treated me different and I strongly believe it was due to my race. I had to run to my car to get my card and told her I was, she stood by the door and made sure I was coming back to pay. She made me feel very uncomfortable like I was going to run off. I will never go back and spend my money there.

I seen James on the 24th of December. I told him I needed them to last for at least 3 weeks. They have already started coming off. I have NOT BEEN ABLE TO made it back home to get THE nails DONE AGAIN. They need to charge half of what they are charging since I’m barely getting a week out of these nails. I told him it was important that they last until I can come in to have them done every 3 weeks. I am an over the road truck driver. He told me don’t worry about it. I told him both time Liz done my nails they didn’t last a week. That was a year ago I told him. I gave them another chance. I am not pleased. Both people were dismissive of my concerns. I gave noted that they are no longer getting right up to the cuticle when doing fake nails. So they start lifting off sooner, cracking, chippin

A VERY SAD, UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!!! The owner did my manicure. She started out with an attitude problem. I’m not sure why. Maybe she had a bad morning. I chose to over look it. However, she was continuing to be rude and even refused to put a clear coat on my nails before putting on a color. She said,” they don’t do that anymore.” That’s fine. I understand. I’ll pay to have it done. She still didn’t want to. She then turned to her other employee and berated me in her own Vietnamese language. Needless to say, I didn’t let her do anything else to my hands! I left! Yes, I paid, but I will NEVER go back!!!
