Rude staff who gets angry if you tell them you want something small fixed. Left the shop with half of my nails looking chunky and uneven, and with cuts for which the lady never apologized. I really do not understand all these positive reviews.

Terrible customer service. The nail techs are not skilled and do not know how do a simple polish. I would give them zero stars if I could. After refusing to pay for this sub-par service. The owner threatened to call the cops on me. I have never seen a pedicure as badly done as the one they did for me at Love Nails. I will never set foot in that shop again and would never recommend their services to anybody.

This was one of the worst experience I have had with doing my nails. I scheduled an appointment with Mi the owner of the salon. This salon is close to my home and very convenient and I stopped going a year ago because an employee made me not want to return. I am taking a trip and wanted to do my nails before I left. I walked in the salon and was greeted by the receptionist and Mi was sitting at the desk and I told them I had an appointment with Mi. In exclamation she said shocked with me? I said yes, and felt a need to let her know that although I have not been there in a long time I was scheduled to see her. As a Licensed nail tech , I am shocked at what happens in these shop , I decided to start doing nails again . My friends and family are getting taking by these shops they keep raising there prices and the work is horrible and not right that is why you half to to getting a new set of nails they want it that way , that is how they make money . As for your pedicure I am so upset in what I see these get away with . Please be very careful in these shops ladies .I have been licensed since 1997 . These shops are very concerning to me , The owner needs to learn how to treat people . She keeps raising the prices and the service is not what is should be . When you are just a number that is not good . I have used this shop and only went there because of one tech I used and I had to how him to do nail

I have been there 3 times and had 2 different techs. The atmosphere is more than friendly and you are treated more like a family member than a customer. Both manicurists were detail oriented and careful which is a must for me because the skin around my toes is sensitive. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone who is not sure who they can trust. Great service and great prices.
