I called to schedule an appointment during business hours, about 9:40am. They open at 9:00am. I called 4 times with no answer. Shouldn’t someone be answering the phone???? I had to go out of my way to go there to make an appointment. There were 3 stylists there, lounging around. No customers. I asked about an appointment thinking that I could get a quick hair cut right away since no one was busy, or doing anything at all. They said they were booked solid. Really? Could you not have taken 15 minutes to cut my hair until your “booked solid” time begun??? Apparently not. I did schedule an appointment, but was not pleased with the blase attitude and the fact that despite the fact that they are by appointment only, you couldn’t make an exception for a new customer, as it was blatantly obvi

I booked an appointment with Paige for a dramatic color change, and the results were amazing! Paige is very knowledgeable about the products she uses along with her technique. Ask her about the protein treatment to save your hair!

Tarena, the owner, is a great hair stylist and wonderful person. So glad I met her!! London is awesome too! From the consultation to the finished product, she was perfection. So nice to find people who care about every detail.

Terena cut my hair. Not only did she give me a great cut, but always shows me the best way to style my own hair. I walked out looking great, and can get it to look the same on my own. :-)

Nice to go to a salon where they know hair! Good understanding of hair styles, great cut, reasonable price... and it's hard to find a salon where I don't have to breath that stinky nail polish.
