Very clean very friendly amazing place so peaceful

Always clean. Staff is really nice here. The slightly older lady with the long hair is always great especially. They get through the line of people faster than other locations too. Prefer this location.

I did all the prep correctly and still looked like an Oompa Loompa. Beware: Zoom tan does not grant refunds even if their formula is bad and/or you have a reaction to their dirty booths. I’ve tanned a million times at better places and never had this happen. The staff is super nice this isn’t a criticism of them this is just a review of the company being terrible. If you’re needing an unlimited spray tan pay the extra 50 dollars and go to one of the professional places in Elmwood or on hertel or Delaware. They will make you look good!

I have been tanning at your establishment for quite a few years. The 4 salons I tan at depending where I am at have the nicest ppl. Everyone one that waits on me is so polite and welcoming. They all are an asset to your company. My only complaint is there isn't a salon that is close to me. But I will live 🤗🤗 Ton of Tonawanda. Amherst Cheektowaga Buffalo are the 4 salons I visit.

I love coming to this location. I will go out of my way to go to North Buffalo instead of any other location to be completely honest. Jackie (salon manager) and her staff (specifically Mike) are always so friendly and professional. They are focused on cleanliness and make each visit a priority. I know every time I visit that I will receive the best service possible. Could not ask for better employees!
