Zoom Tan

I would have given Ithaca zoom tan 5 stars, but when I found out Megan no longer worked there I was really bummed. It was great when Megan was there. It was always clean and I always felt comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety and Megan always made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She also told me about the sales and described everything about each lotion . And unlike most of the zoom tan employees, she never made me feel pressured to buy anything.

The place was nice and well taken care of. Used to enjoy going in. Now it’s clear no one cares. Will be tanning via self tan from now on. At least then I know it’s hygienic.

Thank goodness for Megan, first time getting a spray tan and not feeling orange. She actually showed me what to do, 100% will do another one. Change to one star because Megan is no longer there and that place literally stinks like fresh fish now. Per your response : that’s not accurate. Send someone in there now. You know how many people have requested their assigned room be changed because it’s not clean? Place is gross. Maybe if supplies being delivered were not a secret, and the place had ethics, it wouldn’t have fallen down hill. Like so many other places in the area - a cheaper employee = loss profit, not retention. I've been a member for about 5 years now and the manager is always so nice! I have a dual membership (uv and spray) but still find spraying to be challenging. I do wish they were open later on weekends or earlier on weekdays but I make it work as best I can. (I would definitely be hitting the UV bed today if I could, but work..)
