Zoom Tan

Have had uneven spray tans at this location multiple times. Has never happened to me at the other 2 locations I go to. The last time I purchased the rapid and let them know as I got out that I was going to go home and rinse it off right away because it sprayed so uneven. I had a whole strip of white going down my leg. Was told to come back tomorrow and she would remember me so I didn’t have to pay for rapid again. Went back the next day and she told me corporate said they would not credit the rapid spray for the next day. Terrible customer service.

I like to say this , I have never felt so unwelcome to a tan salon but I went to rt. 57 in Liverpool. An the Manger said to me an my husband i dont u know we have other tanning spots. Like I didn't know that she made me feel like I wasn't welcome to tan there. I don't think it's right to say this to a loyal customer who been there ever sense it open up for business. I don't appreciate it, hoping that management down south see this post

January 11, 2025 I’ve been to this tanning salon multiple times, and I can’t say I had the best experience. The biggest issue I had was with the staff. There’s an older woman working behind the counter who always seems to be in a bad mood. It made the whole vibe feel off and uncomfortable. I don’t know what her deal is, but it’s hard to feel welcome when the staff isn’t friendly. Another thing that confused me was the policy where they demand customers to take off their shoes in the hallway. I get wanting to keep things clean, but the floors are visibly dirty, and it doesn’t make much sense to have everyone walking around barefoot in that environment. It feels kind of unhygienic, especially since the staff doesn’t seem too concerned about it. It would be nice if they addressed both cleanl

Several times at this location only, my spray tans have been uneven and runny. I have complained that I think something is wrong with the sprayers. I pay an upcharge for “rapid” at every visit, on top of my monthly subscription amount which is quite a bit to not be happy with the result. My daughter’s graduation party is in a couple days and here I am with another botched spray tan.

My Girlfriend recently began tanning at the Liverpool Zoom Tan location and absolutely LOVES it!! Margaret from this location is AMAZING!! She's VERY knowledgeable and one of THEE MOST Genuine helpful person we've had the pleasure to deal with!! Hats off to Zoom Tan for having SUCH a wonderful person positively representing your company!!
