Zoom Tan

This place is great not only is it clean and the people that work there are super friendly, but I also left some cash by accident and they called me and gave it back to me. Of course we would all like to think that everyone would do that, but this just proves that the employees at Zoom Tan are trustworthy thank you.

I love coming here; however, as a member I expect the girls to multitask and check us in on the second computer while they take their time explaining the process and membership to the new/first time guest. I recently went and Nancy had me waiting for over 7 minutes. I could have easily been half way through my tan before I interrupted and asked if she could quickly check me in. Nancy asked the first time guest if she was okay with it (which she wasn’t) before she told me I had to wait. If this wasn’t the first and only time I had dealt with Nancy, I would have canceled due to the way she poorly managed the situation. Update: Nancy has been great the additional times I have seen her. I am grateful for the attentiveness.

What a great experience! This is my first time ever and I was feeling a little weird even doing this but to my surprise it was great because Katherine was great. She was super informative but also kind and patient as to make me feel as comfortable as possible with something new. I HIGHLY recommend this location for their product , professionalism and patience.

I have been coming here for about 4 years, and for the past year and a half the place has made a negatively drastic change in cleanliness. The rooms are filthy and the booths are filled with piled up hairballs. I have made several complaints to the staff and customer service and changes have not been made! This goes against fl department of health code as rooms are not being cleaned after each client. The salon is never full enough for staff to not be able to get to cleaning each room after every use. Absolutely disgusting!

I had an accidental self-tanning mishap last week and I was fortunate enough to have Katherine from the front desk assist me. Katherine was extremely helpful, accommodating, kind and patient with me, despite my 100 questions! I followed her advice and recommendation and was incredibly happy with my results! I would definitely recommend Zoom Tan for all of your golden goddess dreams! Remember to ask for Katherine for exceptional service!
